Maintain the sanctity of
Temples and Holy places

         Children, whenever you visit any temple or holy place, take care that the sanctity of these places is not destroyed because of our wrong behaviour.

         If the sanctity is destroyed because of us, we will have to bear the sin of it; whereas if we maintain its sanctity, we will be favoured with God's blessings.

To maintain the sanctity, please keep in mind the following points :

1. Do not talk loudly and play or talk on the mobile phone when you are in the temple premises.

2. While you are in the queue in the temple, keep praying or chanting the Name of the Deity in your mind.

3. Do not wear shoes or sandals in the temple premises. Do not consider it as a picnic spot.

4. Do not throw wrappers, banana peels, the shell of a coconut, etc. in the temple premises.  If you see such things or other waste strewn around in the temple premises, pick it up immediately and throw it in the dustbin.

        Remember that 'Temples and holy places are the soul of our Hindu Dharma'.
